How to Use:
- Find where it says "open", push upward to separate the top lid and bottom part
- Take the bottom and line it up with your bike chain, put the top lid back on
- Attach the handle onto cleaner
- Pour degreaser, detergent, or water through the hole on lid
- Hold the handle to keep it in place, and use your other hand to turn the pedal slowly and gently in a counterclockwise direction about 10 times
- After a thorough cleaning, dry it with cloth
- Lubricate bike chain to prevent rusting again too soon

Lift your arm so that your upper arm is in a horizontal position and circle around the thickest part of your upper arm with a measuring tape
