• 2. Short press the pattern button until the screen displays F-3
• 3. Press the" - "or "+" button to switch the mode between Celsius and Fahrenheit

Put your feet together and use a measuring tape to circle around the widest part of your hips

Upper arm
Lift your arm so that your upper arm is in a horizontal position and circle around the thickest part of your upper arm with a measuring tape
