How to Use:

1. Press button to fold or unfold
2. For Coarse Grind, place knife into coarse grinding groove, and move knife back and forth 3-5 times (if your knife isn't very dull, you can skip coarse grinding)
3. For Fine Grind, place knife into fine grinding groove, and move knife back and forth 3-5 times
4. Rinse with water, clean with cloth, air dry, store in a cool dry spot until next use
