How to Use:

1. Clean and dry your helmet thoroughly
2. Choose where you'll place light strips
3. Connect light strips to split cord
4. Connect split cord to battery box (use extension cord if necessary)
5. Peel off backing on light strips and apply to helmet
6. Choose where you'll place battery box on helmet and stick on with 3M double-sided tape
7. Insert 2 x AA batteries into battery box
8. Turn on light and choose mode with switch on battery box

Use a measuring tape to circle your waist (like a belt) at your natural waistline, which is located 2cm above your belly button

Hips
Put your feet together and use a measuring tape to circle around the widest part of your hips

Upper arm
Lift your arm so that your upper arm is in a horizontal position and circle around the thickest part of your upper arm with a measuring tape
